2008 NATIONAL SPORTSMANSHIP DAY

The 18th annual National Sportsmanship Day was celebrated on March 4, 2008 in more than 14,000 schools throughout the United States, as well as in countries such as Ghana, Nigeria, India, Australia and Bermuda. Jackie Joyner-Kersee, famed Olympic Gold Medalist, served as Chair of the 2008 National Sportsmanship Day Program.
