• All nominees must have achieved Honor roll status or B average in school.
• All nominees must have a proficiency in the particular program(s) of interest. Please View definition of proficiency in sport and the arts.
• All nominees must be young people of strong character.
• All nominees must be young people with clear leadership potential.

Finally, it is helpful if you could inform those you have nominated.
